Barry Danser

Has had a long career in business and has experience of dealing with the problems of borrowing money and banking both personally and for his business.

He has worked with Japanese corporations, run a mail order business and successfully ran a high-income textile business for several years.

Needing a new challenge and foreseeing the decline of the textile industry in the UK,  Barry began to invest in property, quickly amassing a portfolio in emerging markets and JVs, before   meeting Glenn Armstrong who was seeking an investor but ultimately mentored Barry in how to buy property with no money down.

In most cases Glenn and all his other Mentees used closed bridging. The trouble with this was that the money frequently wasn't in the right place at the right time and the solicitors and mortgage brokers usually didn't know how to make it work.

Worried more about their reputations than money Barry and Glenn set up Faster Bridging Finance Ltd to do the job effectively and professionally.
